This particular Ekam Circle Mitra holds Circles based on availability of volunteers to host on a weekend.  The dates and times of these 2 hour sessions are based on mutually agreed decision between the host and mitra.  The way the process works is that if you are interested in hosting, please fill the form out below.  I will call directly to work out arrangements.   Generally,  an open space with chairs is needed for at least six people but can be as large as your place can hold.  As a host, you determine how many guests your place can hold.  Please remember to consider the availability of parking. The Mitra will set up an advertisement on Eventbrite for registration.  The host may advertise or send out invitations as well.  Participants receive the street address upon registration and any specific parking, driving or relevant public transportation directions that the host wishes to provide.  The Gift of the Week is determined by O&O Academy and cannot be changed.  Registrants are given the Mitra's contact information for event questions and the host's phone number if there are any specific driving questions.
